KPMG is currently seeking an Application Admin Advisor II to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with end-to-end testing, planning and execution including defect tracking and reporting
  • Liaise with business for business requirements and conduct ongoing application administration including but not limited to creating and updating templates, as well as reviewing, updating and launching questionnaires and surveys
  • Provide full-service production support including handling service requests, issue resolution and issue escalation to leadership
  • Generate reports and database queries
  • Stay apprised of releases and review and provide advisement to leadership on features to enable/leverage
  • Coordinate recurring access reviews for all applications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of professional application administration experience with the ability to showcase good analytical and evaluation skills and multi-task to support, complex and diverse applications or technology services
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to plan, organize and structure work as well as the ability to problem solve with experience performing ticket analysis
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and producing process documentation
  • Familiarity with user access setup strategies, database reporting development and strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical testing skills; strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members

Colorado Salary Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.  Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $50000 - High: $125000
