KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, DEI Recruitment Marketing to join our TA organization.


  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition DEI team to ideate, develop, and manage DEI recruitment marketing materials across TA channels, while partnering with internal teams to execute on those assets; including, but not limited to, brochures, digital microsites, web copy, communications, and other related brand materials
  • Assess competitive intelligence and stay informed on new and emerging diversity trends and best practices to support DEI talent attraction and expand the pipeline of underrepresented talent
  • Adapt the National DEI marketing content/materials into talent attraction assets that resonate with the appropriate TA channels
  • Partner and foster relationship with National Design, Proposal & Production Services (NDPPS) in the production of materials to review for editorial and brand compliance
  • Manage distribution of DEI marketing materials to recruiting team to meet critical hiring needs and during peak recruiting periods; provide guidance to team members supporting content creation and ensure the accuracy of materials prior to distribution


  • Minimum three years of recent experience in recruitment marketing, recruiting, communications, DEI program coordination/management and/or other related experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with content sourcing and review for recruitment marketing materials including both traditional and digital, media, branding, email communications and presentations
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; works comfortably within a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to work successfully on multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrate ability to employ effective and clear communication; and ability to build relationships, networks, and credibility with numerous constituents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
