KPMG is currently seeking an Aprimo Product Support Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.


  • Responsible for Aprimo implementation Incident Management, Defects Management, Service Requests Management, SLA Management and Production Triaging
  • Implement approved change requests that require configuration 
  • Manage all Service Requests with Aprimo related to Aprimo product defects
  • Work with KPMG help desk Level 1 to resolve admin and workflow issues related to Aprimo configurations and/or integrations from internal applications and third-party systems
  • Updates documentation of all configurations and create quick reference guides
  • Provide technical management to offshore Aprimo development resources


  • Minimum of six years Aprimo hands-on end-to-end implementation experience and/or Production Support and Maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Aprimo Certified (MRM) preferred
  • Expert level understanding of the Aprimo platform, underlying Marketing/Operations processes and overall architecture
  • Technologist focused on Aprimo MRM, DAM, Financials and Aprimo reporting application solution design
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; Must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team 
  • Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; Ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs
