KPMG is currently seeking an Art Manager in Transformation Delivery for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop human-centered creative concepts and communicate big ideas that build belief and drive behavior change with leaders and employees of large, complex organizations
  • Translate concepts into multiple mediums including animation, video, environmental and digital signage, portals, employee and leader meetings, training materials
  • Understand the leader and employee perspective and create designs that break through the noise and balance strategic development with client business objectives
  • Work collaboratively with KPMG consultants and other creative partners such as designers, writers, strategists, videographers, animators
  • Directly contribute to project design and development including creating storyboards and initial graphic concepts, conceive functional design solutions and provide QA of all creative deliverables
  • Participate in presenting concepts and strategic direction with consulting team to client and participate in strategic brainstorming, concept development, creative brief development and creative execution

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in art direction, in-house or agency with recent examples of work in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field from accredited college or university
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual communications such as campaigns, infographics, web design, digital and print communications and expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud required
  • Experience with internal communications and change management a plus
  • Proven experience in working in a deadline and detail-oriented environment
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, creative community and able to take constructive feedback to improve work and quickly provide revisions
  • Willing and able to travel to client and KPMG locations as needed

Colorado Salary Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.  Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $82800 - High: $169700
