KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Administrative Services organization.


  • Work with ION Office Services to support in-office needs, including reception, escorting visitors, meeting setup and support, arranging catering, mail, coordination of technology and facilities support, and other general administrative support for Office Managing Partner and other Partner and Managing Director activities
  • Collaborate with Tax Processing to provide support scanning, copying and mail/shipping support during peak times
  • Provide transactional administrative support within the Administrative Services business model, including arranging travel, drafting firm letters, client invoices, other documents and additional administrative tasks, as assigned
  • Communicate with KPMG professionals and external clients in a friendly and professional manner, working with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Troubleshoot common issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives while escalating concerns as appropriate
  • Follow standard practices and procedures for all activities; Work in the office a minimum of three days per week; be flexible to work in the office full-time when required


  • Minimum three years of administrative experience or customer service/hospitality industry experience; AV technology experience a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask critical questions for clarification, collect data to aid in developing/providing solutions; must also understand when to escalate
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively as a team member; must be motivated, innovative and have a proactive approach while working under minimal supervision
  • Promote a team culture with common goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths, expertise and diverse perspectives to maintain a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; excellent Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and/or deadlines with service excellence; Strong attention to detail; Strong communication, time management, prioritization, organizational and project coordination skills required for fast-paced professional services environment
