KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources to join our Human Resources Shared Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee several Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) service delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction, process efficiency and streamlined operations
  • Quality oversight of several firm and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure timely and accurate adherence and reporting
  • Collaborate in analyzing, developing and implementing solutions to drive consistency and operational productivity as well as reduce cost
  • Support HR organizational / transformation changes, change management, process redesign and further centralizing activities
  • Meet and/or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Develop, maintain and implement effective performance management strategies, for all teams to ensure on-going feedback for performance improvement and ongoing training development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of progressive Human Resource experience and four years of supervisory experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in Compliance, Learning, Shared Services Outsourcing and Quality Management
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and people independently, as well as within teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource principles
