KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AEM Development to join our Digital Nexus organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project Managers, IT and business management on multiple development projects to identify and translate complex business requirements into architectural design
  • Deliver comprehensive consultation to both business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle
  • Highly accountable for the effectiveness, quality and the timeliness of project design decisions and how easily these solutions can be implemented
  • Provide day to day technical administration including upgrades and release management, analyze log files, config file changes, installation and configuration documents (runbook), upgrade validation/testing, product demos, change control, technical issue/problem resolution; Work with service management, Global Service Center, mobility services, deskside support, server and database admin team applications as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation including design, configuration and installation; Act as an expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of development and implementation process
  • Develop and Implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based enterprise content management solutions; Java Based Development; Need to perform Site Analytics using GA360 or Adobe Analytics

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent and progressive experience in AEM Content Management (CMS); AEM Developer Tools experience – Eclipse, Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, JMX Beans, QueryBuilder API, Granite Datasources, Replication API etc; Knowledge of CRX, UML diagrams (Use case, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment); Exposure to one or more end to end implementation on AEM; Knowledge of various AEM components like Tagging, Translation or Search
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; AEM Certification is preferred
  • Experience of Migrating content from one legacy system to AEM, SEO optimization
  • SME of development languages JavaScript, Java, J2EE, OOPS, REST/SOAP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS, AEM/CQ5
  • Solid understanding and prior experience in technical Product management; Proficient in industry standard best practices, which include but are not limited to Coding Standards, Coding modularity/Re-use, Application Design/Prototypes, Coding analyzer/profiling Toolsets
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
