KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Measurement and Evaluations to join our Learning & Development organization.


  • Support a range of learning Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) processes and tasks using standard tools and approaches to determine the effectiveness of training programs; use a wide range of data extraction and manipulation techniques to ensure data from L&D managed systems is accurately analyzed and reported
  • Support data collection and statistical analysis of quantitative data as well as data collection and analysis of qualitative and unstructured data; prepare data visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Support data maintenance processes in L&D managed reporting systems, data bases and dashboards; perform data wrangling (manipulations, transformations and integration) across a wide range of large data sets
  • Create and review knowledge tests and apply testing methodology based on industry standards to determine knowledge and skill transfer following training
  • Follow and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures to ensure that learning measurement data are maintained and available for analysis
  • Assist in the development of documentation and processes for auditing of measurement standards; manage multiple short/long-term projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and team needs


  • Minimum one year of experience with Learning & Development (L&D) and/or M&E preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience and/or focused coursework in quantitative and qualitative data manipulation and analysis
  • Use a suite of business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, R. Excel) to analyze data and report outcomes of learning solutions
  • Experience in wrangling and analyzing data with tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, R and/or Python is important, facility with Excel is assumed, SQL experience is an advantage and a data-driven mindset with a passion for analysis

Colorado Salary Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.  Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $48300 - High: $83200
