KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.


  • Engage with clients to lead/assist and design End to End digital solutions that combine one or many of cloud, AI, automation, IoT, API and other multi-vendor capabilities and become their trusted advisor and co-create and design innovative solutions
  • Strong communication skills to engage with senior leaders at a client as well as functional & industry leaders within KPMG
  • Define the reference and implementation architectures for digital solutions and accelerators
  • Be known as an influencer and a recognized thought leader, with proven track record translating client problems into patterns that combine one or many capabilities that solve the problem
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for the client implementations to ensure architecture and design principles are upheld
  • Leading design thinking workshops and build prototypes using Agile methods


  • Minimum ten years of recent experience architecting solutions that include automation, AI, IoT, data management, integration technologies and deployed on cloud infrastructures preferably for large enterprises within the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or Master's degree from an accredited college/university with minimum two years of experience; or a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related fields from an accredited college/university
  • Demonstrated track record & expertise in architecting technical resolutions in healthcare including cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS), data integration management (Apigee, MuleSoft, Cloverleaf), and leading Electronic Health Record systems (EPIC, Cerner). 
  • Experience with architecting and implementing Health Information Exchanges (HIE), Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards, and clinical data and analytics
  • Deep industry knowledge and experience in consulting for healthcare or life sciences, including payer/provider, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and experience leading consulting teams in this sector
  • Development, delivery and supporting enterprise scale applications and leading projects or products in a multi-vendor environment
  • Hands-on experience producing detailed technical diagrams and authoring technical documentation with demonstrated experience in architecting cloud native solutions with platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure)
  • Ability to travel as needed
