KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, CAS Operations Lead - Employee Benefit Plans to join our Audit Operations organization.


  • Manage the overall Audit Initiatives within the Center for Audit Solutions team with primary focus on overall shared services strategy and development
  • Conduct research projects and workshops to support overall shared services strategy
  • Lead design and oversight of shared service offerings
  • Create project timelines, milestones and scope for assigned projects and ensure completion within expectation and budget
  • Assist the Center for Audit Solutions leaders with administrative tasks such as recruiting, marketing materials, budget preparation and agenda preparation as needed
  • Understand risk management, legal and compliance considerations that impact initiatives and develop strategy to address; utilize data and analytic capabilities to analyze and present information


  • Minimum seven years of experience in accounting or auditing; preferably within an External Audit function
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline from an accredited college/university; Licensed CPA preferred
  • Applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB audit standards
  • Strong organizational, project management, execution skills and accountability skills with a strong focus on client service (300CAS)
  • Excellent writing, presentation, facilitation skills and analytical skills
