KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting organization.


  • Conduct all accounting activities for KPMG Foundation and PhD Project including financial statement preparation and providing support during audits
  • Conduct and assist team members with month end closings
  • Assist team members with the preparation of monthly financial reports for their stakeholders
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather and upload annual budgets and monthly forecasts in financial system
  • Assist team member with investigation of significant variances and take corrective actions, if required
  • Provide other Ad Hoc support, as required


  • Minimum one year of accounting or financial analyst experience; preferably within a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SAP/HANA and Oracle
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, time management and problem-solving skills
