KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Business Development Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with client prospects at assigned or targeted accounts in specific functional areas of focus through remote and virtual selling techniques.
  • Follow-up on leads and manage the overall relationship building process.  
  • Nurturing and driving leads through to close, engaging delivery sales teams and subject matter professionals
  • Assist with proposal development, focusing on the KPMG value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes for these opportunities.
  • Meet specific business development goals within the targeted area of focus and report and measure progress against goals with sales leaders.
  • Understanding and executing the overall lead generation approach and prospects for leads to drive sales and meet key performance metrics, including pipeline development and bookings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of high performance inside sales experience, with demonstrated experience selling complex solutions or professional services, consulting firm preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities; Self-starting, results oriented professional, with a strong understanding of digital selling techniques is desirable; Excellent written and oral communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Working experience of social media tools and techniques, with knowledge of CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Inside selling knowledge or experience to coach and develop the demand generation professionals in the buyer group and preferred team leader role experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
