KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications to join our Communications organization.


  • Build and implement multi-channel communications projects that inform and motivate employees, ensuring that tactics align with business goals
  • Execute on tasks including campaign materials, success stories, event and meeting deliverables as well as monitor progress to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Help develop change communications plans that strengthen employee engagement and understanding of the firm’s change agenda, and incorporate best practices and platforms for a successful transformation
  • Perform rigorous attention to metrics, incorporating insights and trends into communications strategies
  • Work closely with Communications Directors to support the strategic priorities of the business and collaborate with staff across functions
  • Apply a programmatic lens to work ensuring proper consistency, timing, structure and sequencing across messaging


  • Minimum five years of experience working in Communications; preferably in professional services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills, as well as experience in program management
  • Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills; proficiency with MS Office, measurement tools and internal/external communications channels
  • Ability to thrive and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Successful track record as a collaborator, multi-tasker and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment
