KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Qlik Architect Lead (Business Intelligence Delivery) to join our KPMG Technology organization.


  • Direct with a blended focus between execution and tactical planning and participation in strategic planning; contribute to tactical plans and monitor progress
  • Accountable for championing alignment to the applicable strategies and adherence to them, the related commitments, the budget and management of the risk
  • Use advanced technical expertise to execute work product, tactical and strategic planning
  • Interact regularly with management within the department and staff across BPG/functional process; influence client expectations and provide appropriate alternatives, suggestions and recommendations for improvements; ensuring goals and objectives are met
  • Oversee global resource center partnership (i.e., outsource/captive providers) and to achieve project or service success metrics; this includes all vendor contractual obligations, SLA management, work product and review/revisions and acceptance/sign-off, phase gate approvals, payment and penalty approvals
  • Help to drive technical outcomes and manage a team of junior and intermediate employees that perform within set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures


  • Minimum eight years of Business Intelligence Technology experience including three years of experience as a Qlik Architect leading large complex BI projects and teams
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or a related field
  • Proficiency with Qlik Sense/QlikView Enterprise, Qlik Web Connectors, Qlik Management Console (QMC); Qlik Sense mashups
  • Experience in defining an enterprise data platform strategy, establish a reporting architecture and provider corresponding roadmaps
  • Understanding of the overall architectures of BI platforms such as Qlik, Power BI on both single and multi-node platforms
  • Advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement
