KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Senior Developer, Mobility to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing day to day technical administration including upgrades and release management, analyzing log files, configuration file changes, installation and configuration documents (runbook), upgrade validation/testing, change control, and technical issue/problem resolution while working with IT project managers in planning and estimating throughout the life cycle
  • Accountable for architecture design, development, unit testing and documentation of mobile solutions; and for an intuitive and responsive UI design supporting mobile devices
  • Work with business analysts, project leaders and clients to review the business requirements; prepare technical design documents and non-functional and functional prototypes, as needed
  • Perform software construction, unit testing and debugging; software construction may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions
  • Coordinate and supervise software construction done by developers; participate in code reviews while contributing in daily scrum meetings and Agile development methodology and processes

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience with design, development and testing iOS and Android mobile solutions, translate business requirements into detailed technical designs; construct, test, maintain and support efficient, cost effective and reliable software through the full life cycle
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in developing both native and hybrid iOS and Android apps; objective C/C++/C# and Java, JavaScript respective to iOS and Android SDK
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Knockout, Modernizr, Bootstrap; mobile JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery Mobile, Sencha Touch, Dojo Mobile, jQTouch or jQMobi
  • Prior knowledge with React/Native, Net, XCode, Node.js, Cloud Solution, Swift, CI/CD, SQLite, MySql, Sql Server, Oracle, Git, SVN, Amazon AWS, Restful web services, Agile Scrum, and PKI
