KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Policy Engine Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the build of a business rules library in conjunction with Policy Engine tool to inform teams on appropriate data usage, handling, and/or protection requirements
  • Design effective rule strategies to identify and provide solutions for business stakeholders
  • Manage the implementation of rule changes in an agile software development lifecycle environment
  • Participate in development of the functional design and user documentation by analyzing business process flows or client requests and identifying changes
  • Access business criticality of range of environments and provide consumption guidance
  • Provide a rules-based service that classifies and tags data based on Policy Rules

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of experience building a data taxonomy including but not limited to transaction codes, hierarchy, or business rules engines
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Strong vendor management experience with proven track record of delivering customer-centric master data initiatives to successful steady state; ability to provide strong team leadership
  • Understand data structures, modeling, and complex data relationships, including structured and unstructured data
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work; able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; as well as ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
  • US Citizenship required
