KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to join our Corporate Communications organization.


  • Manage the development of integrated internal communications and campaigns to drive engagement and advance priorities in KMPG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, part of the wider Advisory function
  • Act as key contact and lead within Corporate Communications to support DAS leadership internal priorities and campaigns
  • Serve as the connection to cross-Advisory teaming with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative and engaging communications plans and strategies
  • Support and help coordinate innovative and effective social media output for DAS leadership and work with external communications colleague on promoting external content, internally
  • Develop and manager employee and people communications from DAS senior leadership and help shape messages and campaigns around people engagement
  • Craft short- and long-term action plans, and measure the effectiveness of communications strategies and approaches


  • Minimum of five years of experience working in Communications. Industry knowledge and agency experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office, measurement tools and internal/external communications channels
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills for internal and external audiences
  • Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record as a strategic forward thinker, collaborator and self-starter who can manage and excel in ambiguity
