KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to join our Federal Advisory practice. 


  • Develop and execute Enterprise Risk Management strategies / road-maps
  • Monitor regulatory guidance for changes to engagement requirements and implement changes as appropriate
  • Work on teams focused on advisory projects and assist engagement management to successfully complete engagement objectives
  • Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures, identify standards, performance criteria, internal controls, processes / systems needed, and recommend enhancements to the program as appropriate including assessing / aligning the program with OMB and GAO standards
  • Execute fraud risk management program in accordance with the Fraud Reduction and Data Analytics Act
  • Help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients and lead client presentations


  • A minimum of five years of Enterprise Risk Management experience, preferably within a federal agency or supporting a federal agency
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Business Administration or related business degree preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing GAO's Fraud Risk Management is highly desired
  • Develop and manage data and analytics activities to support risk management programs
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and experience in supervising staff level associates and senior associates
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements 
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
