KPMG is currently seeking a HRSC Benefits Representative to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries within a call center environment via telephone, e-mail and fax
  • Answer the telephone within current services level requirements; meeting the minimum call volume standards and/or administrative tasks
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and research resolutions
  • Participate on project teams within the benefits management group
  • Utilize available resources and tools to resolve customer issues
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of recent call center or customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of basic benefits processes, including Immigration is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work within a team structure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to organize and manage workflow and effectively communicate with customers verbally and in writing
