KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.


  • Support the execution of change management plans to include communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop communication artifacts and training materials
  • Support the creation of coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences
  • Adhere to Quality Review Process and 508 Compliance Guidelines


  • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience related to change management, strategic communications, or training development; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills; ability to develop infographics preferred
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship
