KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Quality Assurance to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the management and execution of Quality Assurance (QA) Testing strategies against project requirements as well as ensuring that testing deliverables meet expected outcomes
  • Estimate/ review QA Test efforts as per KPMG defined QA process & standards
  • Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedures and protocols across all phases with focused proficiency in Testing
  • Troubleshoot highly critical technical Testing issues and perform post cycle analysis and incorporate improvements for better QA output in subsequent cycles
  • Act as escalation point for quality related issues and provide guidance/direction to key operational and delivery stakeholders in matters of compliance and best practice on projects
  • Monitor the testing stage gates and enforce that the entry & exit criteria are met for each testing cycle; provide mentoring to staff, while remaining well-informed of projects, initiatives, and staying abreast of industry testing and best practices; seek and execute opportunities for service improvements and automation

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years’ of recent experience in Information Technology with experience in quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience working with and managing onshore/ offshore QA resources for testing outcomes; managing quality improvements through test and process automation as well as in test automation (Selenium, Test Complete Preferred) and performance testing (Load runner, Microsoft Visual Studio preferred)
  • In depth knowledge of testing and functional validation of web, desktop and mobile applications; experience with Agile or other Rapid application development methodologies
  • Excellent research, documentation, project planning and implementation skills with experience in reviewing/presenting metrics/KPI’s, risks, issues/challenges to stakeholders
