KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, IT Communications to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive strategic vision for IT communications and marketing
  • Apply writing, strategic thinking, research skills and visual design sensibility to create content, messaging and strategies for major keynotes, announcements, town halls, office visits, presentations, and IT portal
  • Create and oversee strategic communication plans that align with the organization’s long and short-term strategic objectives prompted by organization changes, shifts in strategy and new products and services
  • Manage and develop communications team and budget
  • Partner and collaborate closely with other BPG functions as needed
  • Collaborate in identifying, creating, and executing writing opportunities and manage various projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of experience in a professional services firm or similar environment with a focus on Information Technology, desirable with writing experience in marketing and/or communications for technical projects
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
  • Able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
