KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Administrative Operational Support to join our Office Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily office operations and functional activities, including management oversight for the Office Services and Executive Assistant professionals
  • Actively engage with practice transformation leaders and practice leaders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions to improve services and create a sustainable high-performance environment
  • Oversee the management of practice space planning while also strategizing with leaders to develop long-term solutions to change management and space utilization
  • Collaborate with local Integrated Office Network (ION) leaders and office leadership to drive continuous improvement in the standards and effectiveness of individual and team performance
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, manage salary administration, as well as Partner and employee relations
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies in service offerings to help ensure individuals and teams are operating at the top of their job functions, including implementation of work flow and resource management strategies which includes the ability to understand data and reporting to help make business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative or office management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Web-based research skills, advanced database skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages
  • Ability to lead both on-site and remote teams by creating a culture of trust, innovation, and ownership
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and work collaboratively with all levels of employees and clients
  • Ability to travel up to ten percent
