KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Global Rewards Services practice.


  • Work across KPMG business lines (Tax, Audit and Advisory teams) to analyze executive compensation strategy and support the development of incentive plan designs
  • Support client relationships, analyze issues related to specific technical issues, and operate in a supervised project structure with responsibility for service delivery
  • Develop financial models assessing relationship between executive compensation and business results
  • Develop peer company analyses to assess market competitiveness of executive compensation levels
  • Help develop arguments to support conclusions and recommendations to clients and assess the impact of those recommendations
  • Support market and business activities external to the firm as part of a project oriented team


  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience preferably within a professional services or consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with statistical analysis and financial measures is preferred
  • Experience working on multiple projects and project teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
