KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Compensation to join our Compensation and Benefits organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an internal liaison and consultant with respective client groups on all compensation matters including day to day administration and year-end compensation cycle
  • Collaborate and partner with internal clients while analyzing complex problems and provide compensation strategic or tactical solutions
  • Lead work streams for a variety of projects that touch one or more infrastructure group, by developing project specifications, project plans, and manage all steps of projects from design through implementation
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to leaders within client groups that identifies issues and provides tactical and strategic recommendations and solutions related to total compensation
  • Analyze salary market data surveys to provide competitive pay while identifying appropriate survey sources and initiate new analysis methods
  • Manage and drive the job matching process while partnering with compensation survey vendors to enhance survey data collection process to facilitate availability of reliable, refined and useful data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of eight years of broad based compensation experience with strong analytical, organizational, project management and influencing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to think strategically and to link action plans to critical business priorities with a strong ability to multi-task on several key projects
  • Experience in a professional services, consulting environment or other high growth industry preferred
  • Strong PC skills required including Excel, Access or other database experience, PeopleSoft exposure preferred
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills
