KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruiter for University of South Florida and University of North Florida
  • Support seven offices in Coastal Business Unit (Raleigh, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando, Tallahassee and Jacksonville)
  • Develop recruiting strategy for targeted schools including pre-identification of candidates, pre-screening resumes, operational plans, diversity plans, and branding activities to attract top talent
  • Maintain contact with candidates and serve as the key source of contact prior to the offer stage; become the point person for deans, department heads, students, faculty, career centers, administrators and others on-campus organizations
  • Coordinate logistics for on-campus interviews including posting job descriptions and handling all aspects of candidate application process for campus hires assigned schools
  • Assist local recruiting team with coordination and execution of local office programs and office visits

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience working in campus recruiting or similar role preferably within a professional services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/ university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs
  • Ability to work overtime including evenings and weekends as needed; travel up to fifty percent annually
