KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.


  • Consult with primary recruiters and other team members making recommended recruiting strategies ensuring effectiveness of the plan for the target schools for the office
  • Support, plan and execute on campus and in office activities
  • Ensure that the hiring process complies with KPMG policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain relationships with college placement office at target schools and maintain diversity hiring plan for the offices
  • Work on various special projects for campus leadership and additional tasks
  • Participate in national programs and campus taskforces, also serving as an applicant tracking system expert for offices compliance


  • Minimum of one year of experience; campus recruiting or professional services experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel (including creation and manipulation of pivot tables, development of charts and graphs) and PowerPoint (design, graphics, charts, graphs)
