KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Campus Recruiting organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to 6 offices in the MidSouth Business Unit (Atlanta, Memphis, Jackson, Birmingham, Nashville and Knoxville)

  • Work with Recruiting Managers and Campus Development Managers to coordinate logistics for both campus and office events and programs, including scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions and handling all aspects of candidate application process for campus hires

  • Process and execute all candidate, intern and KPMG team correspondence, including but not limited to offer letters, start date communications and invitations

  • Process invoices and expense reimbursement related to campus recruiting

  • Order and maintain recruiting collateral for office(s)

  • Work on additional special projects and taskforces as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience working in campus recruiting or similar role preferably within a professional services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/ university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs
  • Ability to work overtime including evenings and weekends as needed; travel up to twenty percent annually
