KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Developer to join our KPMG Technology organization.


  • Support the technical lead in providing day to day technical administration of the Archer v5.5 platform including release management, configuration, upgrade validation/testing, change control, and technical issue/problem resolution; maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation
  • Work with project manager in planning and estimating throughout the complete life cycle; identify and evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient and cost effective solution
  • Work with service management, change management, and infrastructure teams as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Act as a technical resource (SME) to on-shore, off-shore, and professional services in all phases of development and implementation process; lead or participate in design and code reviews
  • May act as Technical Leader and/or may be involved in providing assistance and training to less senior developers


  • Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in systems analysis and software development with at least three years of experience in configuring and installing Archer core solutions; design and creation of on-demand applications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the configuration of data driven events, calculations, data feeds, data imports, and integrations with applications internal and external to Archer
  • Experience in design and implementation of questionnaires and questionnaire administration; ability to design custom workflows and notifications, Mail Merges and User Access Control
  • Proficient in the maintenance of non-production environments with experience in the creation of new instances, installs/upgrades to the platform and solutions
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
