KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Cloud & AI Alliances to join our Alliances organization.


  • Drive assigned Alliance partnerships to originate new opportunity demand (Gross New Pipeline-GNP) that results in won business (Alliance Influenced Bookings-AIB) for the Firm
  • Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge of KPMG service lines and sectors, relevant Alliance-Based Offers (ABO) and Alliance Partners to foster KPMG/Alliance Partner collaboration on client engagement opportunities 
  • Communicate with and influence other senior executives (“executive presence”), both internally and externally, to establish a mutually beneficial working relationship against a defined, consistent and predictable set of operating principles and guidelines  
  • Define, initiate, implement and manage a broad set of strategic and revenue-generating initiatives between KPMG and an assigned set of one or more Alliance partners 
  • Drive progress on multiple leads and opportunities; thereby increasing the size of the Alliance Influenced Pipeline
  • Accountable for recording, measuring, and reporting alliance influenced leads, opportunities, wins and losses for assigned Alliance Partner


  • Minimum of fifteen years of experience in leadership role with demonstrated successful alliance management experience in large national/global professional services or technology systems integration firm
  • Minimum of five years of experience with alliance go-to-market initiatives supporting consultative sales and strategic business development for large transformational programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships; strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving action across organizational boundaries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and project management skills; proven success in identifying, initiating and nurturing business opportunities
  • Travel up to thirty percent is required
