KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Advisory Resource Management to join our Business Process Group organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staffing allocation and reporting while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitability
  • Utilize resource management systems to generate analysis and reporting of key staffing data
  • Analyze and evaluate reports on utilization metrics and monitor staff progress toward chargeable hour goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of resource management, recruiting, or related business experience preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas
  • Detail-oriented individual possessing strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
