KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, Audit to join our Business Process Group organization.


  • Perform various administrative support to a team of Audit professionals by managing calendars, travel, conference and meeting coordination, handling time and expense reporting and Diner's Card reconciliation, and back-up support to other administrative assistants and reception desk coverage on an alternating basis
  • Act as information resource on organizational policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, peers and clients
  • Conduct special projects as directed and provides project support to an engagement team


  • A minimum of three years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up, proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
