KPMG is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate, to join our Finance and Accounting organization.


  • Review expense reports for firm wide and federal compliance regulation adherence
  • Respond to emails sent to the Federal Expense Administration team, working closely with end users to trouble shoot system and report issues
  • Assist with vendor/subcontractor invoice processing and the weekly ACH/Check run
  • Maintain vendor/subcontractor records to help ensure accuracy of payments, review 1099 classification for year-end reporting, and other pertinent information


  • Minimum of two years of Accounts Payable experience working in a government contractor environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Cost Point 7.0 preferred, Deltek T&E 9 or 10 experience required
  • Ability to respond to questions and resolve escalated issues promptly, while providing exceptional customer service
  • U.S. Citizenship required
